During the drilling process, a suspension is supplied by gravity or under pressure from 100 to 200 atmospheres a suspension on a polymer-cement base or a cement-sand mortar with a high content of cement and water (if the soil is not over-humidified). Particles of cement, polymers and sand penetrate into the soil, loosened during drilling, and being a binder, form with its mass a concrete solution, which is mixed during the end of drilling. Often in such cases, the drill rod is left in the well, and this pile gives extra strength.

Near the base plate of the tape or in the diamond crown itself, holes are cut a little more than the diameter of the drilling auger. A vertical or inclined well is drilled, a reinforcement cage is installed and concreted with the obligatory thorough vibration of the concrete solution. (more…)
